At this time, VitriFire is comprised of its principal, Hope Norman, and a cadre of carefully selected contractors, all of whom have a college degree, a fantastic work ethic, and desire to do the right thing.
Hope Norman has over 10 years experience in web design, mostly working with nonprofit and governmental organizations. She has an undergraduate degree in Industrial Design from Georgia Tech (summa cum laude), and an MBA from Yale University. Hope elected to attend the Yale School of Business because it has a long tradition of educating professionals for leadership in charitable and public organizations. She chose to pursue service to nonprofits and government entities because, quite frankly, nothing else was as gratifying (not even earning and spending lots of money).
